Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Please let us know within 5 days after receiving your item if there is an issue with your order. If you receive a defective item from us, we are happy to provide a replacement. Please send a picture of the faulty product to info@woodnblooms.com and your order number if available. If the issue is caused by us a refund or replacement will be issued.
Non-refundable and Non-returnable Circumstances
- Deposits or full payments made are non-refundable if the order has been processed and items are printed.
- Custom orders printed incorrectly because of incorrect information provided by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged.
Refundable Circumstances
- Deposits or full payment may be returned if the order is at the initial stage and has not been processed.
- Custom orders that are printed incorrectly by us may be returned for exchange or refund.
- If we are unable to fulfill your order we will issue a full refund.
Woodnblooms reserves the right to request the return of defective items.
Please note: Woodnblooms uses third-party shipping companies and we always provide correct shipping packages and labels. As such Woodnblooms will not be liable to refund or exchange items that are damaged by couriers. Our sole discretion in refunding you or replacing your item is used in such situations.
